Delivery is made within Austria and to all countries of the European Union. Should you wish for delivery to a country not listed, please contact us in advance.

All orders are carefully prepared and handed over to our shipping partner within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During periods of high demand, processing time may be slightly extended.

Delivery time depends on the destination country:

- Germany: approx. 2–4 business days
- Other EU countries: approx. 3–7 business days

Should your order arrive damaged or be lost, please contact us immediately. We will promptly and easily arrange for a replacement or a suitable solution.
