We ship our products directly from Austria reliably and carefully to numerous European countries. Our goal is to deliver your order to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.
Shipping Destinations
Delivery is made within Austria and to all countries of the European Union. Should you wish for delivery to a country not listed, please contact us in advance.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and handed over to our shipping partner within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During periods of high demand, processing time may be slightly extended.
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the destination country:
- Austria: approx. 1–3 business days
- Germany: approx. 2–4 business days
- Other EU countries: approx. 3–7 business days
Please note that deviations may occur due to external circumstances (e.g., high shipping volumes, holidays, or logistical delays).

Shipping costs are clearly and transparently displayed at checkout. They depend on the destination country as well as the total weight or order value of your order. Occasionally, we also offer free shipping promotions.

Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your delivery online at any time.
Delivery & Acceptance
Please ensure that the provided delivery address is correct and complete. If delivery is not possible due to incorrect information or if acceptance is refused, we reserve the right to pass on any additional costs incurred.
Damages or Problems with Delivery
Should your order arrive damaged or be lost, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a suitable solution quickly and easily.

No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
