Returns & Exchanges

Please note that returns and exchanges are accepted exclusively under the following conditions.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Mandatory Return Conditions

A return or refund is only possible if all of the following conditions are fully met:

  • The goods are unused, unwashed, and in perfect original condition.
  • All labels, packaging, and components are fully present.
  • The goods show no signs of use, odors, or damage.

We expressly reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

Exclusion of Returns & Exchanges

The following are particularly excluded from withdrawal and exchange:

  • Already used or washed items.
  • Opened or used hygiene and personal care products (e.g., soaps, bath accessories).
  • Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

Return Registration (Mandatory)

Returns are only accepted after prior registration.

Unannounced returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the sender's expense.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Unfranked or insufficiently franked shipments will not be accepted.

Deadlines & Shipping of Return

After registering the return, the goods must be sent back to us within 7 days.

Returns received later may be rejected.

Refund

The refund will only be processed after receipt and careful inspection of the goods.

We reserve the right to make a deduction in case of non-perfect condition or to refuse the refund entirely.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless there is a demonstrable error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Exchange

Direct exchange is not possible.

If you wish to have a different item, a new order is required.

Shipping Damage or Incorrect Delivery

Complaints due to shipping damage or incorrect delivery must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Later claims cannot be considered.
